As a first time home-buyer I was very nervous about this huge purchase. I consulted a friend who had just recently sold their home, through a Mounir and was very happy with his service. My friend had given me Mounirs number and after the first introduction Mounir put me at ease right away. As a young professional my schedule isn’t the most flexible, and Mounir consistently had an open schedule for me, whether it was after work or on weekends. What had impressed me the most about Mounir was that he was always looking for my best interest, it was apparent he wasn’t going for the “sale”, which is a rarity in a commission based industry. Mounir would always be updating me with listings within my budget, in areas I would be interested in, and working his own schedule around mine. At the end of the journey for the search for my new home, he had found me a home I am extremely proud of, and glad to call my own. I highly recommend him !!!

Mounir thanks for your great service.

The first impression of Mounir made me believe in him that he can get what I was expecting.

However over the thanksgiving the market was taking a break and I didn’t get much showing as expected.

Guess what after couple of weeks I got my first offer, which was close to my expectation and I was ready to sell.

Mounir and his professionalism were on the seller side and advised me not to take the offer and ask me to wait for little longer.

I took his advice and got 3 more offers close to the similar price range of the first offer and made me believe the house is worth what the market is asking for and I was ready to pull the house off the market.

Through Mounir’s hard work I got the final offer which was above my expectation and sold the house within 4 weeks.

What first struck us when we first met Mounir, was his determination.   He had his mind set on getting us the price we wanted for our house and to make the process the easiest possible.  He kept to his word: “The only pressure you will ever get from me is the number of showings you will get for your house”.   In about 2 weeks our house was sold for the price we had in mind.  And, also as promised, we got the smiley face on the “sld” sign!  Thanks Mounir for your friendly and professional service.  We will surely recommend you to anyone asking if we know of a good (in our mind “excellent”) agent.

Most people think that a Realtor is optional.  That is a big mistake and probably those who "nickel & dime" are are usually the worst informed.  My selected Realtor was Mounir, he understood my requirements and why I was motivated.  Buyer education is one of Mounir's strengths - I can safely say that I knew what I was getting into because Mounir provided advice and consultation.  When time became an issue, he was invaluable, and was always a phone call away.  Now that my mind is completely at ease - of course everyone has the jitters - I can say that only a professional Realtor is your only option. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone I personally know including close members of my family and friends.

When we decided we needed to find a bigger home for our growing family, we signed with Mounir and Lori-Ann to sell our house and find us the perfect home. It was a great experience and we could not be happier with the result.

We wanted to sell our house in Pickering and move to the Muskoka area.  Mournir told me that he could handle both ends of this transaction.  He was very diligent in finding house in Muskoka and taking me to see them.  He never got upset even when the house hunting was a bust and he never felt that he had wasted his time.  He was very helpful even when dealing with people who were less than professional, he always remained professional.

We also had problems with the sale of our house in Pickering and he stood right beside us at all times.  His knowledge, attitude and work ethic are so high that I would recommend him without hesitation. 

While his wife, Lori-Ann, was not with him at the time of our dealings I have met her and know how much she supported Mounir.  Now that they are teamed up I picture and even stronger force in the real estate market.
